Yes! Stageprod has a mobile app for Android and iOS that's designed for on-site use. It includes camera capture for props, QR scanning, swipe gestures for quick status updates, and full offline awareness. The mobile app is available on the App Store and Google Play.

There's no limit on team members. Invite your entire cast and crew — directors, stage managers, props masters, designers, and volunteers can all have accounts with appropriate access levels.

Yes. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Google OAuth, and row-level security policies on all database tables. Each theater's data is completely isolated. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes! You can import cast members and production data from CSV or Excel files. The import wizard lets you preview and map columns before importing, so you can bring in your existing rosters quickly.

Stageprod's AI features (powered by Google Gemini) can:
