Delete Your Account

Stageprod, available on Google Play and the App Store, allows you to request complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

Follow these steps to request that your Stageprod account and data are permanently deleted:

Send an email to support@stageprod.app Use the email address associated with your Stageprod account. Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Include your account details In the body of the email, provide your full name and the email address you use to sign in to Stageprod so we can locate your account.
We verify your identity To protect your privacy, we will confirm that the request is coming from the account owner. We may reply to the email address on file to verify.
Your account and data are deleted Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when the process is complete.

Alternatively, you can submit a deletion request using the Contact Us form on our Support page. Select "Account Help" as the subject and mention that you want your account deleted.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently deleted from our servers:

Photos you uploaded (prop images)	Deleted
Tasks assigned to you	Deleted
PII access audit logs	Deleted
Production data you created (props, schedules, assignments)	Retained*
Aggregated, anonymized usage analytics	Retained*

*Retained data note: Production data such as props, schedules, and assignments that you created may be retained in anonymized form because it is shared with other members of your theater organization and is essential for their ongoing productions. Your name and personal information will be removed from this data. Anonymized analytics data does not identify you in any way.

Retention Period

Account deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
During this 30-day period, your account will be deactivated immediately and you will no longer be able to sign in.
If you change your mind within this period, contact us at support@stageprod.app to cancel the deletion.
After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.
