To use Stageprod, you must:

- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials

Accounts are subject to approval by your organization's administrator. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at our discretion.
User Responsibilities
When using Stageprod, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about props, productions, and team details
- Respect the privacy and data of other team members
- Use the Service only for legitimate theater production management purposes
- Not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to Stageprod, including photos, descriptions, and production data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it as necessary to provide the Service.
Our Property: The Stageprod application, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Stageprod. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
AI Features
Stageprod uses AI-powered features (Google Gemini) for prop analysis and suggestions. AI-generated results are provided as suggestions only and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.
Data Handling
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or if your organization's administrator revokes your access. We may also discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
